Advocacy absolutely required - not negotiable.
At least 6 month placement
Usual pay around £50 - £55ph UMB
Negotiable round office attendance, but candidate will have to be a little flexible if needed.
To undertake the provision of legal advice, guidance and support on behalf of the client in relation to and Education matters with some Adult Social Care work some of which may be complex.
To conduct advocacy at all levels with respect to the above matters before the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal, Appeal Panels, the Court of Protection and any other appropriate tribunal.
