We are looking to recruit a Customer Account Representative to join our busy team of experienced staff.
Due to staff illness, this position is for an initial 3 month period but could lead to permanent employment.
Established in 2003 we are a Personal Loan company based in Glasgow City Centre.
Our office opening hours are Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm. Full or part time hours will be considered for the right applicant.
The post involves working face to face with our customers as well as remotely online and by phone. Duties will include loan application processing, debt collection and general administration.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with relevant customer service experience. Excellent communication/ IT skills, a good telephone manner, reliability, honesty and ability to work in a small team are essential for this role. Previous experience in financial services & a customer facing role are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience.
