Crynodeb
You will work within the Rheumatology and T/O Service. This service provides high quality care to patients from North Staffordshire and beyond following a range of rheumatoid conditions including trauma injury, deterioration in long term conditions and other complex presentations seen in this patient cohort. The nature of the service will be determined by local service specifications. This clinical remit of this role is supporting therapy services for the Rheumatology/T&O service based at the Haywood/Bradwell Hospital. This is a dynamic post that requires the post holder to work in an integrated approach working collaboratively with the patients; their carers and the wider multi-professional team to determine effective treatment plans and patient focused goals. The core value of the role is to improve the health and well-being of the population served.
