Purosearch have teamed up with a large independent provider of health & social care services including home care, Day centres, and Live in care looking for a passionate dedicated Live-in Care Manager.
Our consistently high standards of care are delivered by a compassionate and dedicated team of people. Our staff are always encouraged and supported to expand their skills with a catalogue of course options available at our dedicated training facility in Eltham
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting initial assessments of clients' care needs.
• Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality care services.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of live-in care staff.
• Providing leadership and guidance to care staff.
• Conducting regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Listening: A leader should be able to listen actively, empathetically, and attentively to their team members' ideas, concerns, and opinions.
• Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care services provided.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or social care sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of live-in care services and regulatory requirements.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
Experience:
• Experience within a similar setting
• Level 5 in health and social care
