Your new company
Our client is a reputable UK Top 40 law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently looking for Travel Litigation Lawyers to join their industry-leading personal injury team. The firm is situated in Manchester City Centre and offers a hybrid working policy, competitive benefits and a competitive salary which is negotiable dependent on experience.
Your new role
This Travel Litigation Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of personal injury claims on behalf of clients who have sustained injuries outside the UK. Cases will be a mix of fast and multi-track issues. You will be required to raise the profile of the team by attending relevant events and engaging on social media platforms. Dependent on your level of experience, you may be asked to supervise more junior members of staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/CILEX, but experienced non-qualified candidates may also be considered. Pre-litigated and litigated personal injury experience is essential. Previous experience of cross-border litigation is beneficial, but not required. Experience using Proclaim is also beneficial.
