A new and exciting opportunity is currently available for a qualified nurse to join the ED Practice development team.

The Trust’s philosophy is to keep the patient at the heart of everything we do and we expect staff to uphold our values of Together - Safe, Kind, Excellent at all times. This means that we go to great lengths to recruit the right people. We want people with a positive attitude who are willing to go the extra mile, not because they are asked to, but because they are committed to being part of a healthcare team that provides an excellent caring service to our patients.

The ED PD team shares this philosophy as we aim to help staff in becoming fulfilled and skilled professionals, thus delivering the best care to patients and their families as well as promoting staffs job satisfaction and fulfilment.
