The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Teacher to join their ever expanding maths department on a permenant basis from Septemeber 2024. The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, a strong command of the subject matter, and the ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the department.
• Actively participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrated experience as a Math Teacher at the secondary school level (experience at Sixth Form level is advantageous but not essential).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay current with educational best practices.
