Site Supervisor
Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm
Location: Kings Cross
Key duties & responsibilities

Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing functionality of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repair, and renovation projects, liaising with contractors and vendors as required.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and promptly address them to minimise disruptions.

Uphold and enforce strict health and safety standards at all managed sites, adhering to relevant regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Ensure proper training and awareness programs are in place for employees and visitors regarding emergency procedures, safety protocols, and hazard identification.

Lead and motivate a team of site personnel, including maintenance staff, security personnel, and support staff

Assign tasks, set performance objectives, provide guidance and training, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, cooperation, and professional development among team members.

Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing timely updates on site operations and maintenance activities.

Collaborate with clients to understand their facility management needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Proactively identify opportunities for contract renewals, upselling services, and expanding the scope of our services.

Requirements:
- Qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical); C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
- Experience of service delivery on commercial sites
- Previous experience of supervising a engineering team.
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
