Crynodeb
The working pattern will vary based on the Rota & they will be required to work flexible hours to meet business needs. Some days they will be required to work longer shifts including early & late shifts due to the nature of the business.
Chef-Manager responsibilities include: planning, organizing & controlling the busy kitchen operation, ensuring a successful & efficient service is provided. They will work with the kitchen team to develop the menu, order stock, control budgets & record income & expenses. They will ensure that the service provided is first-class through training & motivating the team. They will organize & supervise the team in preparing & presenting food to the highest quality. They will ensure that everyone works to strict compliance-led Food Handling & Hygiene standards & Health & Safety regulations.
