We understand what truly matters to veterinary professionals. As experienced directors, our clients reflect on their early careers and recognize the importance of job satisfaction. They believe that working up your cases, going the extra mile, and developing strong client relationships are what make being in this profession so enjoyable.

My client is an independent and growing veterinary practice, committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients. Since their directors graduated many years ago, client expectations have risen, offering them the opportunity to meet these expectations and achieve the job satisfaction that comes from delivering exceptional veterinary care.

Job Satisfaction: They prioritise your professional fulfilment by encouraging you to work up your cases thoroughly, build strong client relationships, and go the extra mile for your patients.

Supportive Environment: Daily case discussions and regular team meetings foster a collaborative and supportive environment. These sessions, complete with a fantastic breakfast, allow our client to dedicate their mornings to discussing clinical cases, sharing knowledge, and developing professionally.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD): They provide bespoke CPD opportunities for their team to learn and grow together. Past CPD events include full days dedicated to cardiac and abdominal ultrasound, multiple days on CT, and a half-day on ophthalmology. They also support and fund team members in working towards postgraduate certificates.

Independent Practice: As an independent practice, they view the current challenges in the veterinary profession as opportunities rather than threats. The practice is a stimulating and interesting place to work, free from the constraints often associated with corporate groups.

What We're Looking For:
They are seeking a motivated and passionate veterinary surgeon to join the team. If you are dedicated to high standards of patient care, eager to engage in continuous learning, and ready to contribute positively to our growing practice, we want to hear from you.

Benefits:
Salary up to £70k plus brilliant benefits package
Support for postgraduate qualifications
Collaborative and supportive work environment
Opportunities for professional growth and development
Join the team and become part of a practice where your contributions are valued, and your professional growth is supported.
