Pioneer is a highly successful special school catering to children and young people aged 3 to 19 with severe and complex learning difficulties. With purpose-built facilities, we are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team in this dynamic environment!
We are seeking a Forest School Lead to support our students through innovative outdoor learning projects and activities. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, high-quality outdoor lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, nurturing confidence and self-esteem in our pupils with severe and complex needs.
Our Forest School is a bespoke, well-resourced area on the school site.
Key Requirements:
- Level 3 Forest School Qualification

We work closely and collaboratively with families and other professionals to support our pupils in reaching their full potential and preparing them for life beyond school.
Our aim is to ensure our students are excited about coming to school and love learning. We want them to be motivated and challenged. Most importantly, we want all our students to know they can be successful and feel proud of their achievements.
