Crynodeb
The Head of Finance reports directly to the CEO and is an ideal role for an already successful finance practitioner with a proven track record in the management of finance functions. The Head of Finance will:
* Lead in the planning, development, design, organisation and monitoring of the finance, technology and premises functions within the schools.
* Act as the central point for budget negotiations, budgetary control, financial compliance and financial reporting.
* Assist school leadership in ensuring that financial systems and resources are in place to meet their schools’ educational aims.
* Be responsible for leading and managing academy finance and administrative staff.
* Establish commercial links with business that can generate educational benefits to students.
* Proactively research and make recommendations regarding the strategic development of the schools as a whole.
* Operate at the highest standards of professionalism, literacy and numeracy and accuracy at all times.
