Site Assistant - Carlisle Infant SchoolStart Date: September 2023
Contract: Term Time + 3 Weeks
Hours: 20 hrs per week (7.30 am-11.30 am Mon-Fri flexibility offered)
Salary: NJC Scale 4 The Governing Body is currently looking to appoint a Site Assistant, working under the direction of the Federation Site Manager, Headteacher and School Business Manager .Carlisle Infant School is a three form entry Infant School located in Hampton. The site is made up of a one story building with extensive grounds which we are looking to develop. The successful candidate will share our vision for the future development of the site and grounds and will have an energetic and creative approach.The Site Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of site management including a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the school. This includes security, cleanliness, porterage, monitoring contracts/contractors, routine maintenance and refurbishment and minor repairs. The Site Assistant will also advise the School Business Manager/Headteacher on suggested improvements to the general school environment and grounds. The school has a preventative maintenance programme as well as a rolling programme of works for which the Ste Manger will be responsible for.
