Summary

We are happy to receive a full CV in the first instance to be considered before a full application is made.We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our growing Estates team, based at Linden Bridge School within The Howard Partnership Trust.  This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the property and facilities services for the school.  Reporting to the Estates Partner you will have proven facilities management experience as well as good computer skills using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and Word.  Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.    Ideally you will have have had experience in managing people, in addition, previous experience of working within a school school environment is desirable but is not essential.

Training can be provided on areas which you are not familiar with, where required. This role is working 36 hour per week/52 weeks per year, part-time would be considered. The team work a shift pattern 7.10am to 3.30pm with an unpaid lunch break.
