Performance Manager
Location: London Borough of Camden
£45,000 p.a.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Performance Manager to work alongside our Operational Management team, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining our essential client relationships.

What you will be doing:
* Supporting KPI delivery through the design and development of statistical models
* Supporting contract performance through continuous improvement
* Monitoring operational performance in real time and recommending appropriate remedial actions
* Partnering with NSL's operational management team to ensure company financial position is protected and that processes are conducted strictly in accordance with company procedure and all appropriate legislation
* Liaising with the client to ensure optimal, efficient contract delivery by supporting the operational team
* Undertaking monthly analysis of contract and operational data to drive intelligence led deployment
* Supporting the operational team with recruitment, team development and employee relations as required

What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with complex customer queries, conflict resolution and experience of working in a similar environment. As well as this, the ability to identify, analyse and suggest solutions to challenges with regards to performance would be an advantage.
* Computer literacy
* Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills
* MI/BI analytical skills would be desirable
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse large data sets
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Experience in reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders
