The Best Connection are recruiting for 2x 6G Tig Welders to work in the Brownhills / Aldridge this is a temp to perm for a successful candidate on completion of a weld test.
Your daily duties will include (but are not limited to): Coded welding 6G Welding position Welding of stainless and carbon steel tubes Positional welding on pressure vessels, pressure parts and super heaters pipework The Ideal Candidate: Will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (essential) Be confident with 6G TIG welding Previous qualifications/codings Weld trade test will be required Will be able for his butt welds to pass X-ray Pay Rates: Rate of pay £14 to start moving to £15 after coding (There is an additional 5% cost of living payment payable until next October once they become permanent) Dayshift 8-4.30 Mon to Thu & 8-1.30 Friday Potential for shift work that carried a 33% premium Benefits of working for TBC can also be included when applicable : On-going Assignments Excellent Pay Rates Overtime Holiday Entitlement On-line Payslips Pension Provision

- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
