Summary
BCS Connect is currently recruiting for four experienced MIG Welders on behalf of a well-established client based in the Norton Canes area. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders seeking long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carrying out MIG welding to a high standard on mild steel components
- Working from technical drawings and welding symbols
- Assisting in the fabrication of metal structures and assemblies
- Operating hand and power tools for preparation and finishing work
- Performing self-inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing work
- Willingness to take a weld test as part of the selection process
