An opportunity has arisen within the Finance Directorate at Addenbrooke's for an initiative driven Personal Assistant to the Senior Finance Team. You will be providing high quality, confidential PA support to senior staff members such as the Deputy Director of Finance and wider finance senior team. This role is a great opportunity to develop your PA skills and/or learn more about NHS finance. You must be organised, focused and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider Finance team, including Deputy Director of Finance, Financial Management, Income/Commissioning and commercial development.

Provide high quality administrative support to the Trust’s Committees, inc senior team meeting, commercial services and investment committees.

Work together with the Executive Assistant to Chief Finance Officer & Personal Assistant to Senior Finance Team on a daily basis to ensure the Finance team is fully supported.
