Our client has gone from strength-strength over the last two years and has developed a reputation for supplying the best meat in West London. They are looking for someone who is a hands-on Butcher, supporting the delivery of daily performance targets and orders. They want someone who is positive and hardworking with a passionate commitment to quality.
Essentials:
• Experience breaking down animals from carcass to retail cuts.
• A strong passion for food and in particular meat.
• Excellent product knowledge and a hunger to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relations ships with our value retail and wholesale customers.
• Experience in food handling and safety regulations.
This role is flexible, so they are looking for someone who is relatively new to Butchering and has a willingness to learn and develop or someone who has previously been in a similar managerial role.
