Why you should join us:

Who we are looking for:

Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, key aspects of this clinical post will include providing a comprehensive medicine management service to mental health community services in Swale. This will include focusing on medicines reconciliation, discharge facilitation, patient counselling, medicines supply, and delivering pharmacy services in clozapine and depot clinics in the locality. Extended roles include contributing to the audit and teaching agendas and supporting the coordination and supply of clozapine to community patients, including near-patient testing at clozapine monitoring clinics. On occasion, support may be required for the community services in Medway. This is detailed in the job description.

Come and work with us in the Garden of England where we combine exceptional professional development opportunities with a tremendous quality of life.
