Do you want to be part of a growing and busy team across 2 large secondary academies in Witham?

We are looking for a Lettings Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our academy facilities are utilised effectively for lettings. You'll be responsible for coordinating bookings, maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring the health and safety of visitors & being a keyholder for the sites. This role is based at Maltings Academy with regular overtime available across both secondary schools in the town.

Maltings is a 11-16 academy based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the academy has 900 students on roll and benefits from a purpose-built building that was constructed in 2011. There are excellent transport links to London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site.

Visits to the academy are encouraged. For an informal discussion about the post please contact Julie Joiner, PA to Head of School
