Requirements:

· Passion for working with children and young people with SEND.

· Empathy, understanding, and tenacity to address diverse learning needs.

· Ability to develop and implement individualised learning strategies.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Commitment to promoting equality and diversity in education.
