Key Responsibilities:
- Behaviour Support: Work with students to address challenging behaviours, providing guidance, encouragement, and strategies to promote positive choices and self-regulation.
- Mentoring: Build positive relationships with students, offering individualised support, mentoring, and counselling to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff members to develop and implement behaviour support plans and interventions tailored to students' needs.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working with students with challenging behaviours, either in an educational or youth work setting.
- Empathy and Resilience: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience in working with students facing social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
