Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Norwich

Contract type: Permanent

Project overview: My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for two major infrastructure projects in Norfolk. The projects involves construction of a new bridge, junction enhancements, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The individual would be responsible for either subcontractor management, utilities packages, highway and utility diversions.
  • Oversee procurement processes from low-value items to full subcontract packages.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion.
  • Utilise systems such as CEMAR, Fastdraft, and Orbit (bolt-on to Oracle).

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Proficient in procurement and contract management.
  • Strong experience in managing infrastructure projects.
