Summary

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Norwich

Contract type: Permanent

Project overview: My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for two major infrastructure projects in Norfolk. The projects involves construction of a new bridge, junction enhancements, etc.

Systems Used: CEMAR, Fastdraft, Orbit (bolt-on to Oracle)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life-cycle of the project from conception to completion
  • Oversee procurement processes, including low-value to full sub-contract packages
  • Handle subcontract management, utilities diversion, and highways packages
  • Supervise and mentor 1-2 Quantity Surveyors
  • Utilise CEMAR, Fastdraft, and Orbit systems for project management

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in NEC 3 or 4 contracts (A, B, and C)
  • Strong procurement skills across various package values
