URGENTLY REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE STARTS FOR EXPERIENCED CARE ASSISTANTS – ON GOING WORK. We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Care Assistants to work in the Borrowash area of Derby to start work immediately. They provide high quality care to their 40 residents with Illnesses related to Old Age. You will be required to work alongside the established team of Carers in providing an individualised plan of care taking into account their personal health needs and requirements.

As an experienced Care Assistant you will be required to follow individual care plans and complete paperwork and reporting any problems to the senior members of staff. You will be assisting in the resident’s activities of daily living, including aspects of personal care. You will be expected to work on a one to one basis with some residents at times. You must have an awareness and passion to work with the Elderly, enhancing their quality of life.

To demonstrate your experience and suitability for the role of Care Assistant you will need:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This is an ongoing position for an experienced Care Assistant.

We have a variety of shifts available:
07:00 to 14:30
14:30 to 22:00
07:00 to 22:00
22:00 to 07:00

£11.44 per hour for day shifts
£13.86 per hour for night shifts
