Crynodeb
We are looking for a skilled communicator who is creative, proactive and excited to support the Communications Team as we modernise our service and support the Trust to deliver its strategy and embed its culture. Responsible for sourcing and commissioning work/resources to support communication and engagement activities, ensuring budgets and timescales are met. Implement policies and propose changes as appropriate. Lead in the development, implementation and evaluation of communications, consultation and engagement strategies for digital, change and transformation programmes Commission, develop and coordinate creative, accurate and effective communications materials for a range of audiences to support the delivery of corporate campaigns and projects aligned to the Organisational Strategy. Help to raise the profile of core organisational focus areas including UHCWi (the way we support staff in making incremental improvements with the focus on putting patients first) and our Waste Reduction Programme. Talk openly and honestly about the kind of organisation we aspire to be, the standards we set and hold ourselves accountable to, constructive changes we need to make and challenges we face.
