Summary


We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our busy administration team within DAS division. The focus of the role will include the management of the medical rota for ENT, co-ordination of annual leave and for booking locum doctors. This role also includes working within the Audiology department (Adult / Paediatric / NHSP), assisting the admin supervisor in the smooth running of the department, providing a full range of administration tasks including booking appointments, waiting list management, audio typing & big hand reports and monthly audits.

The successful applicant will be an effective communicator with the hearing impaired in person, on the phone, and via E-Mail and will liaise effectively with parents, team members and other health professionals.



The post holders will support the Management Team by overseeing the medical rota's for Head & Neck cross site.

Reporting into a Service Delivery Manager and working in partnership with a peer on site, this role is pivotal for providing rota cover which in turn ensures our patients receive high quality and timely care.

Good previous use of Integra for ordering purposes and other ESHT systems would be an advantage.
