Look no further! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Learning Mentor to join a dynamic secondary school in South Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised 1:1 academic and social support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Assist in crafting tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs
- Cultivate an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported
- Facilitate group interventions to enhance student learning and development

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with youth
- Knowledge of SEN principles and practices
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Demonstrates empathy and patience in their approach

All applicants must possess the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. While this position is temporary, there may be an opportunity for permanency in the future.
