These posts are full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended (permanent) basis.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two Assistant Systems Analysts to work within the College of Science and Engineering Administration Office.

In these roles, the postholders will provide a range of technical advice and support to end users regarding IT equipment for academic and teaching purposes within the College of Science and Engineering (CoSE). The successful candidates will report to the Service Desk Team Lead.

These positions require a proactive and customer-focused approach to effectively address technical issues and maintain accurate documentation within a university setting.
