Summary

Due to internal promotions within our Reward team, we're now seeking an Employee Benefits Manager to join our AXA UK team. As Benefits Manager, you’ll create and maintain a comprehensive benefits offering for AXA employees. In doing so, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing our people’s overall well-being and job satisfaction, ultimately helping AXA stand out as a place that people love to work.
The scope of responsibilities covers a wide range of employee benefits across our protection, lifestyle and health pillars as well as the AXA UK employee share scheme and the AXA UK Fleet. You’ll manage key supplier relationships and line manage two Benefits Consultants, while working closely with the UK Wellbeing Manager.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Bristol office. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:

Leverage external best practice and knowledge of our business to keep our benefits offering fit for the future and aligned with AXA’s people strategy
Lead on processes and policies needed to successfully administer new and existing benefit arrangements so that our people can access our benefits in a seamless way
Implement innovative communication and education material and channels to maximise participation
Guide, support and advise internal customers on the interpretation of existing and emerging policies
Maintain our third-party supplier framework, ensuring contacting is up to date, costs are managed and that our employees receive a positive user experience
Oversee benefit program costs, implementing or suggesting corrective action in respect of variances or required cost reduction
Work closely with our Wellbeing manager to deliver a joined up approach to wellbeing to our people

Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest. Therefore, if you’re interested in joining us at AXA, please don’t hesitate to apply.
