Job purpose: To provide processing and administrative support for the financial accounting and to be the day-to-day organisational lead for data management primarily in relation to
pace’s new platform Famly, which forms the basis for all organisational records and engagement with parents
In relation to Famly, the post-holder will work with staff (particularly centre managers) and families to ensure the platform clearly shows the opportunities for families (bookings), that their data is accurate and protected (data management), and that families are invoiced for services provided. They will also assist the team with other data inputting and reporting requirements
