Role Overview:
I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to join a fantastic team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of their medium-sized luxury nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in all aspects of managing the care home, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure the delivery of outstanding care services.
Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans for residents.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff members.
Act as a champion for dementia care, ensuring best practices are implemented and maintained.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with the NMC.
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager within a nursing home setting.
Ideally hold an NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
In-depth knowledge and experience in dementia care.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
