Jewson Milton Keynes (Bletchley), a leading building materials distributor, is on the hunt for a Sales Advisor who's as passionate about great service as we are.
We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 34 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
Hours: 7.30am-5.00pm Mon-Fri, every 2nd Sat 8am-12pm
Location: Tavistock St, Fenny Stratford, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK2 2PP
Key Responsibilities

Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values

Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible

Dealing with lapsed accounts by checking in with customers

Generating sales with new and existing customers - proactively calling customers to discuss offers and quotes

Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey

Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers

Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement

Required Skills and Experience

Previous industry experience preferred but not essential

Experience in a customer facing/sales environment

Passion for working with people with great communication skills

Flexible with a positive can-do attitude
