As Transformation Manager you will be a key member of our corporate Transformation Team. We work at pace across a variety of programmes and projects with a wide range of colleagues to deliver sustainable improvements and transformational change and to embed a learning and improvement culture across the Trust. The priorities of the team are set by a corporate Service Improvement Group chaired by the Chief Executive and we work to a robust programme and project management approach. The responsibilities will vary according to the programme and project deliverables, but responsibilities will include: Defining and understanding business issues and improvement opportunities and challenges (clinical and corporate). Providing structure, direction and expertise in line with Trust improvement processes and project management approaches. Scoping projects to define aims and identify opportunities for improvement. Demonstrating a strategic understanding to position programmes within the context of Trust and the wider system health and care priorities. Developing solution focused and evidence based improvement and transformation programmes in accordance with the Trust transformation approach and improvement process incorporating and applying change management best practice as appropriate. Working closely with scheme SROs and engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders. Developing and designing programme structures and delivery models ensuring robust governance arrangements. Planning and supporting the implementation of improvements adopting the Trust improvement process and relevant continuous improvement approaches and methodologies as appropriate in line with best practice to ensure that outcomes and benefits (financial and non-financial) are captured, realised and sustained. Designing and facilitating project and improvement related events and sessions in line with programme requirements. Building transformation capability across the Trust by supporting and delivering continuous improvement and business change training and development and providing improvement and project management coaching support to operational improvement and project leads. Demonstrating and promoting collaborative leadership and working with key stakeholders across the Trust and wider system to support the implementation of sustainable change and continuous improvement. Communicating and promoting the importance and value of effective continuous improvement, project management and business change across the organisation. You will be able to think strategically to identify improvement opportunities, work with others to design solutions and structure programmes and projects to deliver transformational change. If you think this sounds like you then join our team. Furthermore, there will be opportunity to work closely with colleagues at Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, with potential for cross-cutting schemes that cover both organisations. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and promote safeguarding by implementing the Trusts policies and procedures, acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately.
