FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join our industry leading Term Maintenance division, providing contract administration support to the operational team. The position is part time, Monday to Thursday – 09:30-14:30 and will be based from our Lots Road office in Central London.

The duties of the Part Time Administrator role will include:

-Administering and monitoring FM Conway’s interaction with clients and their electronic financial management system (e.g. CONFIRM or Symology)

-Preparing applications for payment and ensuring they are submitted within the required timescales

-Receipting task orders and processing all completion and maintenance certificates

-Preparing and submitting weekly resource forecasts for borough plant and materials

-Supporting the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor in client payments to avoid cashflow problems and late receipt of funds

-Liaising with site teams and the training team to ensure course attendance to maintain the competence of the workforce

-Requesting purchase orders and raise requisitions as required

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, who is competent in the full Microsoft Office Suite. You will have a strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience in the highways or construction industry would be beneficial.
