Behaviour Support Assistant Location:

Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Education and Training
£85 - £100 Per day
- Provide support to children with challenging behaviour in an educational setting
- Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and record student behaviour and progress
- Provide feedback and support to pupils to help them develop positive behaviours
- A relevant qualification in Education or Psychology
- Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
Minimum of a relevant qualification in Education or Psychology
Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
- Understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Additional training in behaviour management
- Experience working in a school or educational setting
This role involves working in an educational setting with pupils who may exhibit challenging behaviour. The environment can be fast-paced and require flexibility and adaptability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
