This role will lead on the delivery, implementation and management of a new Trust wide centralised reasonable adjustment system, which will centralise the process and funding. Using the Trust’s continuous improvement framework to ensure that the planning, monitoring and governance of the project are carried out in line with relevant Trust policy.



This role will play a key part to incorporate consideration of diversity and inclusion issues into all aspects of Trust activities. The post holder will also support the Trust’s D&I team to deliver on their objectives enabling the implementation of the inclusion and belonging programme.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and has the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels. The successful post holder must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and deliver on agreed deadlines. You will need to have a flexible and adaptable approach to work and welcome change and progression. Expert knowledge of the policy and legislative context is essential, as is a passion for improving equality and human rights.

This is a hybrid role with 1 day based at LSCFT’s Headquarters but there will also be a requirement to travel to various locations across the wider trust based on the needs of the agenda.

This is a full-time post working 37.5 hours per week with occasional evening work to support community engagement activities.
