Summary
We are looking for office admin to join our team which is also optional to be flexible around School hours if needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including ledger management, debt collection, invoicing, and overseeing deliveries and stock management.
Manage company ledger and invoicing
Proactively monitor and follow up on outstanding debts, working closely with clients to facilitate prompt payments.
Generate and process invoices accurately.
Oversee deliveries and stock management, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient operations.
Assist with inventory management, conducting regular stock checks and managing replenishment orders.
Provide general administrative support, including maintaining files, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
Requirements
Must be to use a computer and be able to use xero software confidently.
