Main duties include:
- Interpret construction plans and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring all projects meet design specifications.
- Conduct site preparation, including setting up scaffolding, laying foundations, and ensuring that all materials and tools are available.
- Collaborate with project managers and other construction professionals to coordinate tasks and resolve any on-site issues.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship in all work, paying close attention to detail to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of the build.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
- Continuously seek to improve construction processes by staying updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials.
Skills and Education:
- Proven experience as a Builder.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Commitment to safety protocols and practices.
