As a Customer Service Supervisors at Jashu Retail Ltd, they will be the face of the Company, ensuring that each customer’s experience is both satisfying and exceptional.
Main duties include:
- Assist customers, providing a high level of customer service.
- Advise customers on products and services, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
- Manage inventory and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and professional approach.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and store objectives.
Skills and Education:
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in handling cash and sales transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
