Crynodeb
To contribute to the high quality care delivered to children and young people, in both inpatient and out patient setting To collaborate with colleagues in all disciplines (including primary and tertiary care where appropriate) to achieve an integrated service for patients. To develop and maintain collaborative relationships with medical colleagues within the department and in linked adult specialties and participate, where appropriate, in clinical meetings and other postgraduate activities To have or develop a special interest to supplement the skills of the current medical team To actively participate in the appraisal process for junior doctors, with consultant supervision To develop and maintain good communications with local General Practitioners, tertiary specialist colleagues and appropriate outside agencies To show involvement in Clinical Governance, Risk Management and Clinical Audit within the department.
