Summary
Hays Education are recruiting.
We are seeking short term, long term, part-time and full-time available specialists to work in schools across the following areas:
- Wolverhampton
- Walsall
- Dudley
- Sandwell
- Telford
- And Shropshire
I am looking to recruit many staff members that are able to work in special schools in the areas above. I am extremely busy at the moment with schools requiring both short-term and long-term cover.
SEN schools vary massively and whilst some have complex physical needs, others are more moderate and support students with learning difficulties. In our initial conversation we will discuss your skill set and what it is that you're looking for. You may not be entirely sure and that's fine, again, the beauty of supply is that you can try different schools and roles and see what fits you. I am completely transparent with my schools and with my candidates. I will recommend schools that I believe you will thrive in but, crucially, be honest with the schools about your skill set.
We offer online and in-person training and, whilst we don't offer specific qualifications, we have a variety of topics to support you, such as 'understanding SEN', 'Autism', 'Safeguarding', 'behaviour management' and 'Curriculums in special schools.
I will also be able to offer you our own internal PAYE option as well as a number of umbrella companies that work with you and a pay rate that recognises your skill set.
You must have UK experience of working with children and be able to provide referee details for this.
