About The Role
Are you looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can demonstrate your outstanding customer service and people skills?
We are recruiting a Full Time Customer Services Advisor at our Lackham Campus, and you could be just the person we need.
As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that out customers rely on. From answering questions, providing course information and supporting our students with daily queries to working collaboratively with our curriculum team to process part-time applications and enrolments. You will play a crucial role in the outstanding experience our students and visitors receive.
About You
A genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude that shines through in every interaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Your ability to communicate on all levels will be key.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Empathy and patience - you understand that every customer is unique and deserves your full attention.
- A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience within a customer facing role and be able to evidence your understanding of the importance of quality.
- A flexible and positive approach and have a strong ability to manage a substantial workload.
- Excellent IT skills.
