What you'll do
In this influential role, you’ll be leading the production of communications to make sure our people are effectively engaged. As a key point of reference, you’ll provide guidance and recommendations on communications to business areas and the leadership community. You’ll ensure communications are aligned with and support key marketing activity and messaging.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, managing and maintaining campaign plans and key message registers, alongside business, leadership, social media PR, and strategic communications content
- Working with leaders in Marketing and across the business to design and execute internal communications plans to deliver key messages to Cushoneers and key stakeholders across the group.
- Managing a planning regime with communications teams, ensuring consistent key messaging and communications
- Working with the team to execute creative social media content, targeted to the appropriate audience which supports the market proposition
- Monitoring the quality of communications, and outputs
- Researching new communications opportunities and translating findings into action plans and development ideas
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll already have experience of business communications, using key messaging and a company tone of voice.
We’ll also expect you to have an understanding of the financial services environment and the products, services and processes. You’ll work well under pressure and manage your time effectively to deliver projects on time.
You’ll also need:
- An understanding of communication principles and tools
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
