Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, creative, and results-driven Head of Digital Engagement with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team. This role is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £48,661 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The post holder must be a role model for Christian values and must understand and demonstrate the Christian ethos and values which are at the heart of the Trust’s work. The post holder must be a Christ-centred individual who is able to put their belief in Christ into action as a leader.
  • To lead the Digital Engagement Team in the production of high quality on brand content for our 5 key audiences, and the development of our online presence.
  • To ensure the delivery of the Digital Engagement Strategy and to work with the Director in developing subsequent strategies and relevant policies.
  • To manage the budgeting process for the Digital engagement team and to manage the budget accordingly. Being accountable for the financial material and information resources of the Digital engagement team and the budgeted use of digital comms and branding materials across the Trust.
  • To line manage the Digital engagement team, giving vision and direction to their work and personal development. Providing supervision and appraisal to those directly managed and offering technical training on complex key aspects of the work across the team.
