To be a key member of the clinical multi -disciplinary team. To contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of holistic care for babies, children and young people with life limiting/shortening illnesses, their families and significant others. To promote the highest quality care and support for babies, children and young people, their families and significant others. To work as a member of the multi -disciplinary team using initiative in planning and evaluating patient care. To provide care in the Community and Hospice setting. To be motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking in developing a holistic focussed service.
