Your new role
- Being the first point of contact for all customers and making an exceptional first impression.
- Show visitors around the Care Home in a friendly manner.
- Ensuring documentation is maintained and kept up to date, ensuring excellent attention to detail.
- Book and amend appointments.
- Quickly responding to email queries.
- Answering inbound calls and dealing with queries where possible. Also, forwarding calls to the relevant department.
- Managing the diary and availability for meeting rooms.
- Complete all administration, including producing letters, filing, scanning and more.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within Customer Service, Administration or Reception.
- A friendly and welcoming manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to help out in any area, as and when required.
What you'll get in return
- 9 Months guaranteed work.
- £24,500 Full time Equivalent.
- Role based in Blackburn.
- 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- The potential to become a full-time employee, following the completion of the fixed-term contract.
