Summary
Role Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Hybrid, a mix of working from home and various sites as and when required
Working hours: 40 hour working week Monday - Friday - 12 month FTC
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal TA team here at BCA. This role will be working closely with another TA Specialist working on the recruitment of high volume, skilled roles across our sites. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in how we operate as a business. You’ll have the chance to build on your excellent administration skills, pioneer new processes and drive BCA forward as part of one big collaborative team.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Support with the coordination of internal vacancy forms and update and monitor internal and external platforms, e.g websites, the ATS system, intranet, job boards etc
Collating documents to support the new starter process
Shortlisting roles and calling candidates to brief them about positions and arrange interviews
Support with the drafting of adverts
Coordination of diaries and arranging meetings
Building up of talent pools and maintaining communication with prospective candidates
Headhunting candidates and sourcing candidates directly and speaking to them about the opportunities at BCA
Maintaining the recruitment processes and ensuring a top level candidate experience at all times
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following skills and experience with you:
Experience working within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment team supporting 360 recruiters.
Strong customer service experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorites.
Ideally have a background in agency/in house recruitment and/or HR.
Able to work as part of a team.
Able to work under pressure and exceed targets.
Well organised and motivated.
