Job Type: Part-time & Full-time positions available
Holidays: 20 Days, increasing to 25 days after 1 years' service. Plus, bank holidays.
Working Week: Mon – Thu 8:45am – 5:30pm Fri 8:45am – 3:55pm (No evenings or weekends)
Overview:
This is an amazing opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to join one of the largest independent rating surveyors in the country. The perfect position for a school or college leaver who wants to gain experience in an office environment. As an Office Junior at RVA, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive environment, with the opportunity to progress.

Duties include, but not limited to:
· Filing.
· Data entry.
· Generating reports.
· Scanning.
· Compiling client case files.
· Provide administrative support to all departments where required.
· Maintain exceptional professional & personal standards to support your ongoing development and progression within the business.
· Achieve your individual KPIs, whilst contributing to the overall success of the department.
Requirements:
· Excellent task & time management with proven work planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication & telephony skills.
· Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
· Be accurate and thorough, with attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of quality.
· Adaptable to differing environments with excellent communication skills.
· They must be adaptable, adopting a positive and professional ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiasm towards their work at all times.
· Aligned with, understands, and supports the ambitions of the company.
· A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and internet applications.
